The story of
Olympic Factory
- Olympic factory was planned to include integrated manufacturing units for the manufacture of edible oils, starting from the era of oil seeds, extracting oils by solvent and animal feed manufacturing, refining raw food oils, and then filling the filtered oils with different packing lines for all sizes and types of packages.
- Then the completion of the first phase of the Olympic factory and began production at full capacity since April 2015.
The first stage includes the following activities:
1 / Refining the crude oil by removing impurities, acids, color and smell, with a daily capacity of one hundred and twenty tons, i.e. about thirty-six thousand tons of refined oil annually.
2 / Filling highly refined oil, and these contain many packing lines to fill PET bottles from the size of ½ liters to 4.5 liters and plastic jars from 2 liters to 18 liters, these lines can fill up to 180 tons of edible oils per day.- The second phase :-
1 / Increasing the production capacity of the edible oil refining unit from 100 tons per day currently to 150 tons of highly refined edible oil. The installation of mechanisms to increase the refining productivity began in May 2018 and production is expected to start in October 2019.
2 / Adding new mechanisms for manufacturing plastic packages so that they increase the production capacity of these packages
3 / Add a new line to fill edible oil with a capacity of 3000 bottles of 1 liter per hour (54 tons per day).

- Two packing lines are now working: –
(A) Filling 1 liter flasks with a capacity of 22 tons per day.
(B) Filling 4.5 liter bottles with a capacity of 64 tons per day. - This means the introduction of the new filling line to the design capacity to fill the oil bottles will increase from 68 tons per day to 140 tons per day, an increase of 63%.
