Brief description about the job and its nature
Main Responsibilities :
- Reviewing factory settings and analysing the requirement for optimum production.
- Preparing the production schedules for the facility’s different production lines to ensure proper and full utilization of machines & manpower.
- Co-ordinates with the sales Depart. to facilitate production and operations based on the market demand
- Participating with the Top Management in setting a production strategy that complies with the market trend.
- Reviewing and approve production plans.
- Reviewing maintenance plans and approves its implementation in a way that insures minimum disruption of operations.
- Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Ensuring monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
- Ensuring that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business
- Implementing plant safety programs
- Implementing cost reduction projects.
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering, Master level is a plus
Experience:
- 10 years of working experience in production out of which 5 in a managerial level

- Minimum 2 years professional experience in similar position.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain project preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring project progress, compliance to applicable specification.
- Coordinating projects and acted as a central point of contact for the all project Provided Line manager with project plan updates
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Provided management support to Line manager through developing standard project management processes, procedures and templates and act as internal auditor to ensure projects were performed incompliance with approved procedures
- Monitoring and controlling tasks during the project implementation phase
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Gathers financial information of the investment projects, evaluate and maintain proper data availability on project progress.
- Prepare scope of works where needed for project
- Implements investment projects within full communication with the requester department.

Main Responsibilities
- Operating the machinery used for packaging products in the manufacturing area daily.
- Starting up and stopping the machine as necessary, including refilling packaging material.
- Performing routine checks to ensure that the machine is in an operable state.
- Executing preventative maintenance on the machine and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the work area.
- Ensuring the correct packaging is used for specific product ranges and that packaging is done in line with the company standards.
- Inspecting final products.
- Reporting faulty packaging or problems on the machines to line supervisor.
- Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
- Completing all relevant documentation on the packing and maintenance of the packaging machines.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
- Diploma degree in Mechanical engineer
- 0-1 years of experience in blow molder or filler Machine .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Collect and organize cost information expenses database .
- Demine and calculate formulas for fixed and variable cost , such as insurance and monthly purchasing
- Analyzing data collected and recording results
- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
- Analyze monthly & end of year report to recommend for improvement
- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

- Reconciles finished goods inventories
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience, preferred in same position.
