The polymer complex is, in fact, five factories in one roof. This can be summarized in the following points: 

•  Laundry soap, which is considered one of the largest production units in the country, with a capacity of four tons per hour, which is approximately one hundred tons, soap bars on a daily basis, i.e. one million cat soap per day, beginning with the installation of the factory in April 2014 and beginning of production in April 2015.
• Toilet soap factory with a capacity of 2 tons per hour, and thus this is a high productivity equivalent to about 7000 cartons of bathroom soap (72 pieces * 100 grams) per day, i.e. with a daily capacity of 48 tons and 14,400 tons annually.
• Liquid Soap Factory, this is a unit for mixing and packing liquid soap, and its design capacity is 1.5 tons per hour, i.e. with a daily capacity of 36 tons and 10,800 tons annually. The line started operation in January 2017.
• The paste soap factory, which is for mixing and packing the paste soap with a capacity of 1.5 tons per hour, with a daily capacity of 36 tons and 10,800 tons annually.
• The toothpaste factory contains sections for material processing, mixing and packing with a capacity of half a ton per hour for toothpaste prints, with a daily capacity of 12 tons and 3600 tons annually.
  The second stage of the polymer plant:
• An additional line for the production of laundry soap, with an additional capacity of 4 tons per hour, which means doubling the capacity of the production of laundry soap to approximately two hundred tons per day.
  The beginning of the factory installation, April 2018, and production started in October 2018, when the factory installation and operation were completed in a record time of only 6 months.
• Manufacture and installation of saponification units using the method (Crutchers), where two units were installed, each with a capacity of 50 tons per day, meaning that the two units can produce 100 tons of soap per day. The installation and testing of the two units were completed in March 2019.
• Installing and operating defrosting units and feeding silicate additive for soap with a capacity of forty tons of liquid silicate daily. The installation and testing of the unit was completed in March 2019.
